The Inspiration

Hey Readers! Six months ago, my son was diagnosed with multiple food allergies. He is 9 months old and allergic to dairy, soy, eggs, and peanuts, as well as sensitive to wheat. He is still breastfed and I have changed my diet in order to accommodate for his allergies.

In our search for allergen friendly foods, we have made a lot of mistakes and many more experiments. The purpose of this blog is to share the recipes we've found that work!
